Instagram PSID (Page-Scoped ID): A unique, non-reversible identifier provided by Meta to route direct messages between your profile and our business account.
Profile Metadata: Your display name and profile picture URL (requested securely via Meta Graph API) to customize your user dashboard.
User Queries & Inputs: Any text messages, URLs, document links, or media attachments (images/videos) you send to us via direct message.
AI Analysis Logs: Summaries, classifications, prices, and source citations generated by our AI models (Claude API) in response to your queries.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data solely to perform research operations and manage your library:
Processing and analyzing product listings, fact claims, receipts, real estate information, and contracts using AI.
Mailing summary replies directly back to your Instagram inbox.
Generating secure, one-time login links for passwordless dashboard access.
Running automatic price monitoring alerts (upon your request) and messaging you when price drops occur.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Your trust is paramount. We safeguard your information through the following policies:
No Commercial Selling: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal identifiers or queries to third parties.
Service Providers: We share user inputs with Anthropic (Claude API) for analysis. Data shared with Anthropic is used strictly to run queries and is not used to train generative AI models.
Verification & Protection: All incoming webhooks are validated using HMAC-SHA256 signature checking. Database operations are strictly isolated via prepared statements.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain full ownership and control over your data:
Dashboard Control: You can delete any saved report directly from your web dashboard. Deleting a report permanently removes it from our database.
Account Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your user account and all associated query history, please message "delete account" to our Instagram page, or contact us through support channels.
